Kiss in kilts by kismet332000
It was time of long ago when it happened. A few beautiful
women, and some good looking men, and one kilt. In the
years of the Middle Ages our story begins with Lady Raven
and Sir Peter of Edinburgh.
Chapter one: Lady Raven and Sir Peter
In days of old there lived a couple who was in love for 20
years. Their castle was high on the hill, their flag of
green and gold flown proudly over their tallest tower in
the east. The fields were filled with wild flowers, and the
forest was full of wild games to hunt. They had only one
child a son A kilt was hanging on the wall behind the
thrones; it was a special kilt it had been made for Sir
Peter for the wedding and wore it in pride. Although that
day was a bit breezy well, you know what happens to kilts
on breezy days don't you?
In the courtyard of the castle Lady Raven walked across to
see her son and his teacher. Sir Peter looked across the
courtyard from the balcony of the castle, then he heard
"Milord we have visitors coming!" Yelled a man. "From where
did they come?" Asked Sir Peter "they come from the north
sire" answered the man. Peter turned towards the page and
said "tell Lady Raven we have visitors coming." "Aye
milord" said the page as he started to run down the stairs.
When the page came to Lady Raven she had already picked the
towel up and dried her son off. "Milady we have visitors
coming from the north" -the page Lady Raven- "does my
husband Sir Peter know about this?" The page replied "aye
madam for he is the one who sent me to you." Lady Raven
nodded and handed the son's towel to the teacher and said
"take him to the fields and keep an eye on him please." The
nanny- "aye madam" as he takes him and head towards the
fields.
"This should be good" she said to the servant whom she was
walking with. "Why milady, should this be good" asked the
servant. Lady Raven- "for Sir Peter dose not like to wear
the kilt." The servant asked again "why is that milady?"
Lady Raven stopped and turned towards the servant and said
with a smile "for the wool in which the kilt was made from,
makes him itchy. And he can't scratch it in front of the
guests can he?" Both women laughed down the hall towards
Lady Raven's room.
In Sir Peter's room sat Sir Peter himself just staring at
the kilt. "Do I have to wear it? It's so itchy" -Sir Peter.
"Pardon me sir but if we have guest coming over you must
wear it" -the servant. Sir Peter said as he was getting
undress "I know that, but it's so damn itchy. Go to the
spinner and tell her to spin some wool for a new kilt and
don't make so itchy." "Yes milord" said the page who bit
his lower lip to keep from laughing as he imagined the
sight at the dinner.
The page was walking down the hall when he saw lady Raven
said "sorry milady " in between the giggle fits "I'm on my
way to see the spinner about a new kilt for Sir Peter."
"Why may I ask?" Asked Lady Raven. "He asked for it milady"
said the page as an another giggle fit came. Lady Raven
smiled at the page. "Oh did he, well then go to the spinner
tell her that but make it for our son instead." Instructed
Lady Raven with a sly smile at the thought. "I was about to
do that milady" said the page. They looked at each other
and laughed.
The visitors who came from the north "greetings dear sir
and lady, we are Baron and Baroness Norval." Said Baron
Norval "welcome to our home" said Sir Peter with a slight
bow. "Thank you kind sir. We are also here for a groom for
our daughter who has come to age of marriage." Said the
Baron. "Oh our son will be at the age of marriage in 3
days" said Lady Raven. "Splendid then it should be done in
about oh 3 months and 3 days from now" said the Baroness
Norval. "Shouldn't we tell them about this after all they
are our son and daughter"-Sir Peter with a smile. "Your
right about that" said Baron Norval. Then went to their
children and told them the good news. "Daughter oh
beautiful daughter, you shall be wed in 3 months and 3 days
to their son" Said the Baroness. Lady Raven asked the
herald to give her son a message to come back to the castle
with your teacher at once.
The herald did as he was asked and went to the fields with
a white flag to warn them that he was coming. "Why is that
servant caring that white flag?" Asked the Baron to Sir
Peter. Sir Peter- "because the herald before him got killed
when he went to my son and his teacher with a message." "Oh
dear!" Said the Baron "that what my son and teacher thought
the herald was." Answered Sir Peter.
